What is the 35/1000 Club?

The 35/1000 Club is a goal set by Genesee County Habitat for Humanity and its supporters,  to have 1000 participants to donate just $35 for each house that is built. The $35,000 is used to greatly offset the cost of the next house to be built.

How do I know exactly what I will have to pay?

You will receive an invitation to the dedication of the home and a reminder to make your donation once the home is dedicated to the family.

How many houses does Genesee County Habitat for Humanity build?

Genesee County Habitat for Humanity currently builds between 6 - 8 homes per year.
